Flood of 2011

1.       Faith United Methodist Church of Minot (“Seller”) will receive bids by 2:00 p.m. on the 27^th day of January, 2012 for the following described   

          property located in the City of Minot, Ward County, North Dakota:

 

 

2.       Bid Package may be picked up at the office of Vincent United Methodist Church, 1024 2^nd Street SE, Minot, North Dakota 58701 during

          normal business hours or a phone request (701-838-8665) to receive by mail. Bid Package will include:

                         Notice of sealed bid for sale of real property description

                         Bid Proposal Form

                         Sealed bid envelope

                         Self-addressed envelope to mail bid

                         Condensed Copy of Property Appraisal Report dated November 20, 2011

                         Copy of Recent asbestos report

3.       All bids must be submitted in writing by 2:00 p.m. on the 27^th day of January, 2012. Bids must follow the procedure as stated in the

          Bid Package.

5.       The Property will be sold “as is, where is, with all faults” with no warranties or representations as to suitability for any particular use.

6.       All religious related symbols such as the cross, signage, and etched glass windows are not included in the sale and will be removed 

          once a bid has been accepted.

7.       Inquiries regarding the Property should be made directly to the “Seller” at 701-838-8665. From that, Contact persons will be notified to return  

          phone calls to answer question and/or to allow inspection of the Property.
